Patrick Hightower, Business Development Manager, create and maintain relationships with clients as well as focus on all dredging projects.

Patrick has over 30 years experience in the dredging and solids separation industry. He has built a successful dredging company throughout his career and managed multiple sales teams and projects for various other companies.

Patrick attended University of Houston for business and sales. Since then, he has successfully completed hours of training in dredging, polymer injection, effective dewatering and safety.

In Patrick’s spare time, you will find him spending time with his family, on the lake or teeing off on the golf course.

Patrick is passionate about the environmental industry, and believes you only get out what you put in. Hard work, dedication and a genuine enjoyment and respect for the industry is what inspires him.

Patrick is always motivated to push the envelope in the industry to do more, learn more everyday and take care of every client by building relationships. More than anything, he enjoys happy, long term clients and friends.
