Solution Group acquired WaterSolve. Nothing changed about the crews, the dredges, the geotextile tubes, or the lab in Caledonia. What is new is everything that happens after a project ends, when the plant still has to run every day and stay in compliance.

Operations & Management
Solution Group takes responsibility for the daily operation of industrial water and wastewater systems under a multi-year agreement. Scope is built around the plant you actually have, not a standard package.
Staffing & Labor
Licensed water and wastewater operators placed on site, at the coverage the permit and the process require: single shift, multi-shift, or 24/7. Recruiting, credentialing, license renewals, training, payroll, PPE, and coverage for turnover, vacation, and call-outs are ours to manage. When your operator leaves, the position does not go vacant.
Plant Operations & Maintenance
Daily rounds, process control, and troubleshooting, plus preventative and predictive maintenance on pumps, blowers, presses, valves, and instrumentation. Calibration schedules, spare parts planning, work order history, and SOPs written for your plant so the knowledge stays on site rather than in one person’s head.
Chemical Management
The full program, not just delivery: jar testing and product selection, dosing setpoints and control strategy, feed equipment, day tanks and containment, inventory and reorder, SDS and DOT documentation, and cost-per-thousand-gallons tracking. Programs are optimized against the bill, so chemistry gets tuned rather than over-fed.
Automation & Monitoring (OptiClear™)
A proprietary platform for continuous remote monitoring, alarm escalation, trending, and automated data logging. Controls work is included: PLC and HMI programming, instrumentation, and SCADA integration. Operators and plant management see the same data, and reports build themselves from it.
Engineering
Process evaluation, mass balance, and capacity studies, then design and construction management for upgrades, retrofits, and new systems. Pretreatment for surcharge and permit limits, equipment selection and sizing, and capital planning for plants that have outgrown their original design.
Compliance & Reporting
Sampling programs, lab coordination, DMR and pretreatment reporting, recordkeeping, and inspection support. Filings are prepared and submitted on schedule, and exceedances are investigated and documented rather than explained after the fact.
