Contractor Dewatering

Contractor dewatering is a process by which any company outsource or give contract its dewatering services to other company. Charges of that process based on daily work basis, volume cost, total job cost. It reduces the burden of company and more experienced company can easily do that work. It may be mobile sludge dewatering, sludge removal, lagoon cleaning etc.

Dewatering is a process by which we can remove water non-thermally means without or with little application of heat. Water is bound to the structure of various products by mechanical and chemical binding. By dewatering process weakest binding of water is removed mechanically or without the application of heat. It saves lot of energy

Advantage of dewatering process against thermal drying is that it is more suitable for heat sensitive products. Another advantage is that it requires less energy as compared to thermal drying. Even little heat applied to product during dewatering process leads to the positive quality effects. It’s an ideal process for heat sensitive products like sea foods etc.

For example dewatering of sludge includes adding of cationic organic flocculants at first stage then at second stage adding of thereto which is an anionic organic flocculants and then subjected to dewatering process includes anaerobic digestion, aerobic digestion, composting etc. Dewatering through adding polymers is very costly process then others
